Air-cooling keeps a constant flow of air moving through your hoods and over the bulb inside the hood. This removes a large amount of the heat from the hood instead of directing that heat down towards the plants.
Connecting your hoods together in one circuit of can remove an estonishing amount of heat from your room. GreenGoldHydro staff members have found that air-cooling the lights can remove up to 15 degrees of unwanted heat from some grow rooms. Also remember that each individual hood can then be placed closer to the plants and provide more light for each plant. This significantly increases the plant size and yields.
